All workshops will take place on Zoom. Participants do not have to create an account on Zoom. Instead, they will receive a hyperlink on confirmation of booking. The Zoom meetings are password protected and secure.
In order to comply with Safeguarding good practice, a Spelthorne Borough Council representative will be in attendance throughout the workshops in addition to the workshop leader. Spelthorne Borough Council will not take pictures or share images of the workshops in progress.
As a participant I acknowledge:
- Due to the interactive nature of the workshops, participants will be invited to have their cameras and microphones switched on and I/my child will be visible.
- Children under 16 must have an adult present or nearby for the duration of the workshop. Contact information must be provided for the supervising adult.
