Banner bookings are for a display period of 7 days
The placing, removal and maintenance of the banner is the sole responsibility of the applicant, and must be securely tied and regularly checked
Banners can only display community, charitable or good cause events being held in the Borough
Unauthorised banners displayed on highways or on council property in the Borough can be removed without notice under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005. Unauthorised banners will not always be stored and may be disposed of and offenders may be prosecuted
