Spelthorne welcomes the use of parks and open spaces for physical activity. The fees and charges for trainers organising personal training and/or group fitness sessions in parks can be found on our website

Packed lunch, water bottle, a smartphone or camera, weather appropriate clothes and footwear.

Clothing:

• There will be plenty of walking, so make sure your child has appropriate footwear.
• Please also make sure they have suitable clothing for whatever the weather, including a waterproof coat if showers are forecast.

Camera Equipment:

• This workshop can be done using either a smartphone with camera capability or a traditional camera.
• Please be aware that your child's phone / camera is their own responsibility and we cannot be held liable if a camera is lost or broken.
• Please makes sure the camera/phone is fully charged and they have enough room to take plenty of photos.
• They will also need to bring along their chargers so they can charge up halfway through.
